ABOUT ADD-A-GARAGE

Add-a-Garage is co-owned by Fred Pavlow and Ken Bloch.

Prior to Add-a-Garage, Fred was the sole owner and head of P & Z Construction, which helped build the Lake Merritt, Embarcadero, Powell Street, 16th Street, and 24th Street BART stations, and numerous jobs for the Washington, D.C. metro system; P & Z also did the foundation for 52-story Bank of America building at 555 California Street, the second tallest building in San Francisco. Ken walked away from the stock exchange to form Add-a-Garage with Fred, and personally supervises every job. "We don't just stick some guy on the job. People like to know who they're going to be dealing with. Having one of the owners of Add-a-Garage on-site is just one part of what we offer," says Ken.

Since 1987, Add-a-Garage has worked with hundreds of Bay Area homeowners, adding or expanding garages and doing foundation work. We limit our workload to a few jobs at a time, and do our own excavation and concrete work. We have done this many times before, and take pride in doing each job right.

We have our own warehouse, backhoes, loaders, and dump trucks. Our crews have been with us forever. We are bonded, licensed and insured. The depth and breadth of our experience allows us to 'reality check' our clients' designs, often saving them money.

We appreciate your consideration, and would love to hear from you.
